Assessment
Through this service, MBA’s professionals perform a comprehensive review and analysis of an organization’s operations with the specific purpose of identifying opportunities for improving performance. They spend time with key players, both internally and externally, and quickly learn the processes and functions critical to the success of the organization. After identifying the problem areas and opportunities for improvement, MBA analyzes the situation and recommends specific plans. Strategic Planning
