Jonathan M. Hottinger

Jon Hottinger has nearly 10 years of management, consulting, and investment analysis experience with a variety of organizations across numerous industris. He is currently a Managing Director with Mirrus Business Advisors, a business consulting company based in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, Jon assists clients with a variety of strategic projects including business plan development, acquisitions and divestitures, and strategic planning. He also assists private investors in identifying, evaluating, and executing potential investments.

Prior to joining Mirrus Business Advisors, Jon worked for Modern Holdings Incorporated, a private equity investment firm in New York City. There, Jon was responsible for analyzing potential business ventures and executing growth and operational improvement strategies for Modern Holdings’ portfolio companies. He also managed several aspects of Stonebrook Partners, the family office of Modern Holdings’ primary shareholder, including performance tracking for a significant investment portfolio. Jon began his career with Dominion Digital, a boutique business process and technology consulting firm, where he was responsible for leading and executing client projects as well as generating new business for the firm.

Jon received a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
