| Craig C. Bram
Craig Bram has over 23 years experience in business management,
financial operations, management consulting, business start-ups
and strategic planning for a variety of business and government
organizations. He is an investor in six private companies, serving
on their Boards and playing an active role in their day-to-day operation.
Craig is also on the Board of Directors of Synalloy Corporation,
a public company based in Greenville, S.C. He is currently Managing
Director of Mirrus Business Advisors, a consulting company based
in Richmond, Virginia. His clients include law firms, manufacturers,
retailers, technology companies and other professional service firms.
Craig is also a registered investment advisor, serving as President
of Horizon Capital Management, Inc. Horizon Capital provides investment
advisory services to individuals and company retirement plans. In
addition, he is President of Dave Jones & Associates, Inc.,
a document production company.
Craig’s work experience is very broad, covering several different
industries. As the first General Manager of Wright, Robinson, Osthimer
& Tatum (1987-95), he was responsible for all planning, budgeting
and business acquisitions, plus day-to-day operations of this law
firm. He managed the firm’s growth from a handful of local
attorneys to a national law firm with 5 offices, 200 employees and
more than $40 million in annual revenues. His experience also includes
managing the Planning and Business Development functions for Richfood,
Inc., a $1 Billion grocery wholesaler serving the Mid-Atlantic region
(1984-87). Craig was involved with the planning that ultimately
led to Richfood’s transformation from a cooperative to a public
company. Upon graduation from undergraduate school, Craig worked
for The Reynolds Metals Company (1980-1984). His initial assignment
was in the Transportation and Logistics division, and later he worked
in the corporate group responsible for Sales and Market analysis.
A summa cum laude graduate of James Madison University in Marketing
in 1980, Bram received his Master’s of Business Administration
from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1983 with a concentration
in Finance.
